Oct 9, 2007, 2007 Travel News All treasure hunters will be glad to know that the bi-annual Bernama-Tourism Malaysia Treasure Hunt will be held in Terengganu from Nov 3 to Nov 4, 2007. The hunt will cover an area of 500km in the state of Terengganu. The public is invited to join the hunt. The fee is RM150 per participant inclusive of 1 night accommodation at Awana Kijal Golf Beach and Spa Resort, dinner, brunch, petrol vouchers and other goodies. Oct 9, 2007, 2007 Travel News The largest automobile event in the Northern Region of Malaysia will be held in the Auto-City of Juru, Penang from Oct 27 to Oct 28, 2007. The event will start from 11am and close at 12 midnight. Super car display, airbrush scooter competition, photography competition and motor show are some of the programmes that will be featured during the show. The theme of this show is "50 Tahun Malaysiaku Gemilang" and will be held at Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Multi-racial performances from famous local artistes will be performing here. Lion dance troupes from overseas will also be featured here.

July 3, 2007 Malaysia Vacation News Artefacts that were recovered from shipwrecks in the South China Sea, off the coast of East of Peninsular Malaysia will be on display at Brabus Bangsar Centre, Kuala Lumpur from 12 July 2007 to 29 July 2007. It will featured 350 pcs of the blue and white porcelain, ceramic ware and antique celadon. The excavation work was done by Sten Sjostrand's Nanhai Marine Archaelogy Sdn. Bhd. Prices for the items range from RM50 to Rm88,000 and Sjostrand will be there during the exhibition to provide visitors a better account of the treasures from the deep.
